KHZ Forms are designed to work inside of DotNetNuke, maximizing your ability to collect user input and automating surveys, registration or other processes. This is the Loader for users to fill out pre existing forms.  This comes with several of the most common forms.  To create more forms, you will require the Form Generator.  The forms are made from pure HTML with customized [TAGS] to hold the fields for the form. Each field is replaced with ASP.Net controls at runtime, to create a professional form with advanced input validation and process flow.

The Form process includes:

• Optional Welcome Pages
• Optional Emails to Administrator and Applicant, with overrides
• Create Custom .Net Assemblies to handle your custom data or CRM processes which run after the form posts
• Send out Invitations to a mailing list to fill out the form, with up to two follow up emails
• Restrict forms so that it can only be filled out once by each person
• Multiple Paged Forms with navigation between pages
